Our Return & Exchange Process
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
Include all items in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn swimwear or intimate apparel.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Once your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, tankinis) that have been worn or tried on without protective underwear
- Intimate apparel (bras, pajamas & intimates) with removed tags
- Final sale items marked as such during purchase
